Products

Where are The H Co. products manufactured?

All of our products are made in our factory in Canada. We use all-natural ingredients, and we purchase our raw materials from the U.S. and Canada. (Only our containers used for packaging are sourced from overseas)

Do the products have an expiration date? What is the shelf-life?

We recommend that our products are appropriately stored in temperatures of 77°F/25 °C

 

Note: If you notice that some products take a liquid form, don't worry! As with natural ingredients, any temperature above 86 °F / 30°C will liquefy it. Just store the product at a cool and dry temperature.

Are The H Co. products cruelty-free?

Yes, of course! At The H Co., responsible interaction with people, animals and the environment act as the basis for all our decisions. You can be reassured that our products have never been tested on animals.

Shipping

How is my order shipped?

Shipping is done through USPS for U.S. orders and Canada Post for Canadian orders

Do you ship internationally?

Of course, we do! We ship worldwide via Asendia.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship Monday through Friday within 1-2 business days after receiving payment. Please allow 1 business day to process and pack your order.

Once shipped, U.S. and Canada orders should arrive in 3-5 days after shipment and U.K. orders should arrive in 7-10 days after shipment. International shipping can vary greatly depending on location, and you can expect 2-4 weeks. If delivery time is a concern for you, don't hesitate to get in touch with us ahead of time. We are always happy to help.

After my order is shipped, is it insured?

All of our orders are insured. Please let us know if you receive a damaged package, and we will take care of the rest!

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please check shipping cost at checkout before placing your order.

If your order value is more than $50, we provide free shipping within the U.S. and Canada.

Orders and Returns

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment through all major credit cards and Apple Pay. 

How do I place an order?

You can add items to your cart by clicking "add to cart" on the product page. You can view your cart by clicking the small cart icon on the top right of the page.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with us just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order on our website.

I want to change my order, how can I do it?

Be sure to get in touch with us with the change request as soon as possible. 

I want to cancel my order, how can I do it?

If you contact us straight away after ordering, we may be able to cancel your order before it's processed.

Why has my order been canceled?

We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

I received my order, and the package is damaged. What can I do?

If you have received a damaged or defective package or a damaged or broken product, we are very sorry. Please email us with images of the damage along with your order information. We will reship you the order, or you can request a full refund.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed. Thank you for understanding.
